Ecological train
The train was built in England under the environment norms set by National Parks. It is ideal to do the circuit of the footbridges. The train departs from the Central station, passing by Cataratas station and ends in Garganta del Diablo station (a trip of 25 minutes).

Footbridges
The area of Iguazú National Park of Cataratas counts with footbridges that join the islands of the Superior Iguazú delta (Superior Circuit) and passes by some waterfalls on the same latitude as Inferior Iguazú, showing the waterfalls from below (Inferior Circuit).

Inferior Circuit: It has an extension of 1,700 meters. It advances deep into the forest and ends in Dos Hermanas waterfall. Passing by Bosseti waterfall, a section of the footbridge that reaches to the foot of the waterfall, where everyone gets wet.

Superior Circuit: It has an extension of 1,200 meters. The best panoramic views can be admired from the Bosetti waterfall viewpoints.

San Martín Island
It is located in the middle of the Inferior Iguazú and framed by the waterfalls. The trip, by boat, allows admiring the waterfalls from their own heart. It has a little footbridge circuit.

Some scenes of the movie “The Mission” (1986), with Robert De Niro and Jeremy Irons were shot in this island.

Garganta del Diablo Footbridge
This is the last point of the Cataratas trip, where the Superior Iguazú pours out its waters through a narrow basalt ravine known as Garganta del Diablo, forming the Union waterfall. The viewpoint is a must for all the visitors.

Wanda Mines and Plantations
Located at 25 miles from Iguazú Port, in national route 12, the Wanda Colony offers a singular attraction: the stone and semi-precious stone mines, with a peculiarity: they are in the open air and over river Paraná. Agate, quartz, rock crystal, amethyst and topaz are extracted of these mines, in a setting of extensive pine, tea and yerba mate plantations, which are the pillars of the regional economy.

4x4 Trips
The Waterfall Safari
It is a 2-mile trip inside Iguazú National Park, for the lovers of ecotourism through path Yacaratia (closed to the transit of the general public). It is done in four-wheel drive vehicles prepared for this end.

Forest Safari
A 12-mile trip inside the National Park’s reserve, where there take place research tasks such as the Carnivorous Project and studies about primates. The trip through the path lasts approximately 2 hours in vehicles especially prepared so that you can take pictures.

Fishing in Paraná River
The Dorado, the Surubí and the Pacú are the favorite species of sport fishermen who choose river Paraná. From November to January: closed season in this basin. Out of this period, except on bad weather conditions, the fishing conditions are excellent.
